Welcome to CulpepperProperties.com;
your best resource for real estate in Galveston, Texas!

Hello! I am Adrienne Culpepper, proud member of Galveston's #1 in-town brokerage, The House Company. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University and have been an Island resident since 1998. My husband and I have owned and operated a local business, Nautical Antiques and Decor, since 2000 and know firsthand the joys of Island living. I am also currently serving my third consecutive year as the Galveston Antique Dealers' Association (GADA) President and as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Historic Downtown Galveston Partnership (HDGP). We are also members of our East End Historic District neighborhood association (EEHDA).

Education is vital to me in this always-changing real estate market. In early 2008, I received my Texas Real Estate Broker's license (requirements include: not less than 2 years active experience in Texas as a licensed real estate salesperson, approval from the Texas Real Estate Commission, satisfactory completion of a specific level of extensive course study, and passing the exams!). Since 2004, I have been designated as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (the ABR is the only nationally recognized designation for buyer's agents and there are only 13 ABRs currently serving all of Galveston Island) and have earned my GRI certification. I go this extra effort in order to continue to meet my clients' maturing needs.

My ultimate goal in real estate is to see each and every client through a successful transaction - not just to the closing table, but well into the future.

Two generations of breast cancer survivors brought me to where I am today, so I will not forget those forging ahead to find a cure for this disease which affects us all. 5% of all my commissions earned are donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation - Houston in each client's name.

Research, funds and knowledge help us close the gap on the answer - let's get there faster together.

Don't forget: I can sell or help you find any house, listed by any company, new or resale, anywhere in Galveston County! Contact me for help finding your first home, investment property, land, weekend getaway or to simply to ask a question. You'll always be welcomed!
